Enquiries and joining requests

When you choose Submit, CyberPopulus receives your name, email, topic and message. Requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 and notification emails are sent through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Submission is not a confirmed booking or student invitation.

Optional accounts

Accounts are optional. You can enquire, join PROJECT POPULUS BUILD or book without one. If you create an account, we store your verified email and account creation date in Cloudflare D1. Resend delivers one-time sign-in codes. Codes expire after ten minutes; only five attempts are allowed. A secure, essential sign-in cookie lasts up to seven days. Signing out revokes it; you can also sign out on all devices.

Your dashboard displays bookings and requests made with your verified email, including earlier guest submissions. Use an email inbox you control personally. Anyone who can access that inbox can sign in. Account creation does not confirm a paid booking or admission to the student community. Contact us to correct your email or request account deletion. Expired authentication records are cleaned by maintenance.

Security self-check

Answers are used in your browser to generate educational suggestions. They are not sent to CyberPopulus, saved to a database, or stored in browser storage. Reloading clears them. Printing or saving results creates a copy under your control.

Website delivery

The site includes no advertising or analytics scripts. The host receives ordinary web requests. When deployed on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare processes delivery and security information. Automated forms additionally use Turnstile for abuse prevention, loaded only when automated submissions are enabled.

Educational guidance

The self-check considers your answers, not evidence from your systems. It does not scan devices, confirm security, or provide certification. Professional services require their own agreed scope, authorization, and terms.

Student programme

PROJECT POPULUS BUILD is an initiative of CyberPopulus. All its student learning and community participation are free. Expressing interest does not reserve a place or guarantee a programme date, qualification, internship, or employment. Eligibility and any guardian arrangements will be explained before enrolment.

Bookings and payments

Services and sessions begin with a request. We share the scope, timing, any fees and terms privately before you decide. A request does not reserve a place or require payment. Any payment arrangements are provided separately after agreement; do not put card details in our forms. Existing booking and payment records remain available to the relevant account holder.

You may optionally provide a WhatsApp number and permission for us to follow up about your request. We keep this number and your permission with the request and use WhatsApp only for the related conversation. You can choose email instead or ask us to stop WhatsApp contact. WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

Contact and information requests

For questions, corrections or deletion requests, email [email protected]. Do not include passwords or card details. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

How we use your request

We use the details you submit to respond, discuss the service or learning opportunity you requested, and keep the related correspondence. Please contact us to ask what information we hold or to request a correction or deletion. Payment and service records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations. Our service providers may process information outside Nigeria.
